Week of May 17

I will be having a sub May 20-June 4^th.  I will be away tending to my new-born sun, Logan. Mrs. Montgomery will be subbing for me at this time.

Reading
We will be finishing up our tall tale unit.  The students are creating questions that will be on their test on Wednesday. The students will be reading Two Bad Ants so beware that take-home-stories will be going home.  We will be reviewing context clues in English class.

Math

Comparing Fraction test is on Monday.  The next two weeks we will be introducing measurement.  Your students will be working with elapsed time, measuring to the nearest ¼ in, liquid volume, and units of mass.
