Reading
There will be no reading this week due to SBAC testing

Math

This week we will be drawing, classifying, and relating quadrilaterals to fractions and area.  Test will be on Friday.

Social Studies

Our concepts we will be learning this week are latitude and longitude coordinates along with scaling distances using map scales.  Please be aware that your child will be bringing home a study guide sometime this week for our upcoming map test.  The test is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday next week.

We are currently reading A Tree is Growing.  Please be aware sometime this week your child will bring home a take-home-story.  Our test will be on Thursday, the 23^rd.  In language we will be covering compound words, verbs, and adverbs this week.  There will also be a tree project on Tuesday.

We will be having our field trip Wednesday this week.

We will board the bus around 8:30 and be back at the school by 1:45.

-Due to fieldtrips, our classes might be different as your child will have their home room teacher for Tues-Wed.
