Week of Aug 31st

-No School Monday, Sept 1^st (Labor Day)

Welcome Back!  I hope everyone has had a great summer.  I’m really excited to meet all of the new 3^rd graders this year.

Spelling Words

No Spelling this week.

Reading

The students will be reading Chuka’s Hawk.  The students will be doing a corresponding worksheet packet that goes along with the story 

Math

We are currently doing placement tests to see which class will be best for your child.

Science

We will begin science on Friday.  Your child will have me for 6 weeks and then rotate classrooms.  In my class we will be learning about Physical science.

Tuesday – P.E

Wednesday – Music

Thursday – Library

Friday –  Health
